How can I make an enquiry or book a party?
We are contactable via email to mail@prettypollies.com or by phone on 07944 821391 between the hours of 9am-6pm. Outside of these hours please leave your name, number and message and we will call you back.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Essex, London, Suffolk, Kent, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Surrey, Sussex, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
Is there a limit to how many children I can invite?
We normally set a maximum limit of 16 children, however on some occasions we can accomodate more (please ask).
What happens if the children I invite do not turn up?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any child unable to make the party, otherwise full payment will be required.
What happens if a child arrives late to the party without prior notification?
Any child that arrives late without notifying the parent/party agent, will only be able to join in at the point that they arrive, therefore they may not be able to make the products they missed. PLEASE MAKE SURE GUESTS ARRIVE PROMPTLY AS WE ALWAYS START THE PARTY ON TIME.
Is there a food break during the party?
Yes we allow a 15 minute food break during the party (this normally takes place 30 minutes before the end of the party). You may wish to lay on some small cartons of drink throughout the party though.
Do you supply the venue?
No. You can either hold the party in your home or garden or you may want to hire an alternative venue, i.e. a village hall.
Do you supply invitations?
We provide FREE invitations that can be downloaded and printed from the relevant party section of our website.
How many party agents run the party?
It depends on how many children are coming and the general age of the children.
What happens if my party host is ill on the day of the party?
Your party is very important to us, so we try our best to send a replacement or offer you an alternative date. If however, we are not able to do so we will refund your deposit in full.
Are you insured?
Yes we are insured with public liability and product liability and all our agents hold enhanced CRB's.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes a £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking. We will confirm receipt of your deposit by text or email.
